Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the white leans slightly towards a cream tone in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Very close inspection reveals some very light wear in places to the edges. There is light canvas draw to the upper right and lower left corner, light stretcher bar impressions along the edges, and a few faint surface irregularities in isolated places. There is craquelure in places throughout the composition, and some tiny cracks along the inner edges. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolent light.
