Condition

This work is in excellent condition overall. The sheet is hinged verso to the mat board in the top two corners. The coal dust elements appear to be stable and intact. There is a very small element of gesso approximately 3 in. from the bottom right corner adhered to the reverse of the sheet, most likely from the time of execution. There are multiple artist pinholes in the upper corners, with a minor associated tear in the upper right corner. Framed under Plexiglas.
