Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. The sheet has been mounted to a wooden board. Light wear is present around the extreme edges of the sheet. Minor media losses are present in the following locations: a 1-inch fine vertical line in the upper right quadrant one inch from the upper edge; a ½-inch spot in the upper right quadrant four inches from the head of the figure; a ¾ inch fine band at the extreme lower right edge, eight inches from the bottom of the sheet; two pinpoint spots in the lower left quadrant below the figure, and two fine bands, ½ and ¼ inch in length, at the extreme lower left edge of the sheet, eight inches from the bottom edge. Under raking light inspection, a few faint surface scratches and a few barely-visible surface deposits become apparent throughout. In the lower left quadrant, in the middle of the hips of the figure, two faint blue pinpoint surface deposits become apparent. Three spots of rust-colored surface deposits become apparent one inch from the lower left corner.
