Condition

Colour: The colour in the printed catalogue is fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is deeper and richer in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. The sheet is laid down on board. There are artist's pinholes to the two right hand corner tips, visible only when examined out of its frame. Close inspection out of its frame reveals some evidence of frame rubbing to all four edges, some tiny nicks and minute spots of skinning to the extreme edges and a tiny dog ear to the extreme top right hand corner tip, all of which are only visible when unframed. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
