Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Close inspection reveals fine tension cracks running intermittently along the edges, with some associated specks of loss in places to the extreme outer edges and some light wear to all four corners. Extremely close inspection reveals some paint lifting to the lower left corner and a few hairline cracks isolated to the areas of heavier impasto. There are two tiny specks of loss; one towards the centre of the upper left quadrant and another towards the centre right of the composition. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
