  • Height 38 1/2 in. by Width 17 1/2 in.; 97.8 by 44.5 cm.
appears to retain its original plates; retains an early historic surface; mirror plate inscribed along lower edge J.P. Bowler Mount June 1751

Condition

Appears to retain original plates and old surface. Possibly originally with a cresting. Plates with extensive foxing and losses to silvering and later incised scratches including initials and numbers. Small loss to the bottom right corner of the upper plate and a crack to the lower left corner of the bottom plate.. Minor patches and losses to veener and scratches, marks, discolouration and shrinkage at joints commensurate with age and use.
