Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, laid down on panel. The edges are deckled with associated small repaired tears and nicks. There are pinholes along the extreme edges. There are some minor paper holes towards the centre of the lower edge and to the lower right corner and a small dent with associated nicks below the baby noze. There are some flattened creases consistent with laid down process notably towards the centre of the left edge. There are a few surface scratches in places. There is a small dot of foxing above the signature and some faint stains and handling marks, most predominately towards the centre of the left edge. There are a few humidity marks in places, most predominately in the lower part of the composition. There is some mount staining along the upper and lower edges. The sheet is light stained with some associated dots of foxing. This work is in fairly good condition.
