Description

Set with a step-cut sapphire, accented with square-cut and baguette diamonds, size 44 (sizing band), French assay mark for platinum and maker's mark, gross weight approximately 12.76 grams. 

Condition

Accompanied by LFG report no. 339199, stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of treatment. Stamped with French assay mark for platinum, French maker's mark for Lorrain, 59 rue Ste Anne, 75002 Paris. Sapphire mid-blue, transparent, with typical inclusions visible under magnification, some areas of very minor chipping and wear to facet edges) measuring approximately 10.6 x 9.5 x 6.3mm, calculated to weigh approximately 6.25 carats. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated colour I-J, estimated clarity VS on average. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.90-2.00 carats. Light scratches to stone and metal surfaces consistent with wear. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 12.76 grams.
