Set with an octagonal sapphire weighing 6.44 carats, shouldered by brilliant- and baguette-cut diamonds, size 52, French assay mark for platinum, gross weight approximately 13.31 grams.

Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 0404037 and by SSEF report no. 102311 stating that the sapphire is of Kashmir origin, with no indications of heat treatment. French assay mark for platinum, and mark PT950. Sapphire blue, transparent, with some minor inclusions visible under magnification, mostly with good saturation, some colour zoning visible to one corner, less pronounced in the mount, measuring approximately 11.57 x 11.13 x 5.54 mm and weighing 6.44 carats. Sapphire with extremely minor chips to three corners, and some areas of minor wear to some facet edges on pavillion. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated colour G-H, estimated clarity VS, as gauged and graded within the limitations of the mount, estimated total diamond weight approximately 3.50-4.00 carats. Very light scratches to surfaces consistent with wear. Overall in good condition.
