Condition

The colours are fairly accurate in the printed catalogue illustration although the overall tonality is slightly deeper in the original work. The work is executed on its original canvas and is not relined. The edges of the canvas are covered by the frame. The overall surface presents some stabilised hairline cracks. The dark brown area in the upper right quadrant presents a small loss. Under ultra Violet Light inspection, some areas of restoration fluoresce, mainly located close to the left and upper edge.
