Literature

Condition

Overall very good condition consistent with age and gentle use. The custom 2 piece-sofa produced by Dunbar retains all original Nalgahyde and does not present with any overt scratches or tears. Each sofa has two peg feet and two casters. The bottom liner on one sofa is slightly loose, but only visible when viewed at floor level. The smaller sofa (right in the catalogue illustration), with one button cover missing on the arm tuft, the bottom front corner with light rubbing to the vinyl as is visible in the catalogue illustration. The larger sofa has minor rubbing and wear on each of the bottom corners and the proper right arm of the larger sofa with a very small hole (1/4in. diameter) in the vinyl (visible in the catalogue illustration), but none of which is visually obtrusive. A sofa that is low to the ground and deep, it exhibits a modern, mid-century aesthetic that is comfortable for the sitter.
