Description

  • Kay Bojesen
  • Collection of Toy Animals
  • two elephants, monkey, daschund and bear branded KAY BOJESEN
  • teak, oak
comprising two elephants, a monkey, hippo, daschund, bear and horse

Condition

All in very good condition, consistent with age and gentle handling.  The monkey with spring loaded joints in the arms and rubber joints in the legs.  The light wood elephant with light dirt and scuffing on the underside of the feet.  The dark wood elephant with a small loss to the proper left front foot (1/8 x ½ in.).  The horse with minor scattered nicks and losses to painted surface, largely concentrated to the top of the head and the tail, but not visually distracting.  Correlating with period photographs, this is an interesting grouping and presents well overall.
