Condition

Unexamined out of frame. There is some studio matter and dirt apparent, most evident across the middle of work in the figure's torso, the book and in the cat. There are several extremely tiny, minor spots of foxing visible near the upper horizontal edge. There may be some possible fading to some of the pigments. Subject to the above the work is in overall good condition. The work is window mounted and held behind glass in a simple wooden frame.
