Condition

The canvas is lined, the paint surface is stable with a clear and even varnish. In good overall condition. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals a very thick and cloudy varnish - little intervention is visible, only a handful of retouchings in the background at either side of the head of the youth. Offered in a carved and gilt wood frame in good condition
