Condition

Please note that each vase is lined with a gilt metal insert and has not been examined beneath the inserts. Some very minor and occasional rubbing to the gilding on the rectangular bases and occasional scratching to the gilding in places. Each vase has a small chip to the tip of eagle's beak on one handle. The rectangular base and the foot of one vase is restored, covering a break on this lower portion of the vase; the break appears to be initiating from the midpoint of the base and up the stem of the vase. The restoration is well done. One vase has fine haircracks to the center of the base, caused by overtightening of the screw. Otherwise in good condition.
