Condition

: Vernis vert uniforme. To the naked eye : The painting appears in a moderately satisfactory condition. It needs a restoration, that would be very valuable. It is made of a cradled plank. We can observe some horizontal cracks on the panel, slightly oblique. Theses cracks are visible on the catalogue's photograph. There are some losses along the cracks. Apart from these small losses, the pictorial material is stable. The painting is under an old and uncleaned varnish which needs to be lightened. Under the U.V. light : Green uniform varnish. We can observe some small retouches along the reported cracks. We notice a restoration in the upper right corner. Some small retouches in the feminine faces.
