each swelling globular body rising to a tall cylindrical neck, finely enameled with blossoming pomegranate tree branches sprawling across the body and neck laden with ripe fruit, the textures and colors of the gnarled bark and many-seeded orbs sensitively rendered, lingzhi and a cluster of pale purple flowers thriving beneath the branches, the foot ring unglazed, the recessed base with an apocryphal Qianlong seal mark (2)

Condition

One vase in overall good condition with "CHINA" and "37/2296" written on the base. The second vase with the enamels in overall good condition, but the body restored from multiple large breaks, and two areas of loss filled-in (the largest is on the body, measuring approx. 3 x 4.5 cm); the base also with "CHINA" and "37/2296" inscribed in paint.
