This impressive lifetime print, with its rich tonality and dark negative edges at the top, left, and bottom of the image, is on double-weight paper with a semi-glossy surface. It is in generally very good to excellent condition. In raking light, the following are visible: several sharp creases that have been expertly conserved, and some small glossy and matte deposits. These do not detract in any way from the overall fine appearance of this rare lifetime print.
There are several small creases along the lower margin edge which have been expertly reinforced. The margin edges are rubbed and the corners are rounded. There is rippling at the edges not affecting the image.
On the reverse of the print, the photographer's signature is in cursive script and the title and date are in block letters in ink at the lower edge. The reverse is lightly soiled and has tiny, pin-point rust-colored deposits of indeterminate nature scattered overall. There are two small abrasions at the top edge on the reverse.
