    bears old illegible attribution, in pen and ink, verso and a further attribution to the backing: La Greco

Condition

Laid down on a paper backing and window mounted to a modern mount. The upper left corner is slightly lifting and there is an old repaired tear running through the figures legs and a small tear to the upper edge. There is a water stain to the centre of the right edge and two small stains to the lower centre. There is evidence of minor surface dirt throughout, however the medium remains fresh and vibrant.
