Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Good overall condition. The bronze : The gilding is very slightly tarnished. Very nice chasing. Impressive size. The mechanism : Dial has chips around left winding hole and regulation hole, otherwise good; good original hands. Movement has tic-tac escapement and numbered outside count wheel; complete and running at time of cataloguing but would benefit from a clean and service, it appears to retain the original wheel trains throughout, bell hammer repaired. With pendulum but no winder.
