Of cluster design, set with oval-shaped sapphires weighing approximately 15.30 carats, accented by round, pear and marquise-shaped diamonds weighing approximately 8.20 carats, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered N.Y. 33213.

Condition

In good condition. The sapphires are a lively, medium slightly violetish blue, lightly to moderately included with a few examples bearing minor chips, cavities and abrading to the facet junctions, visible only under magnification. One sapphire exhibits a small surface-reaching inclusion. The diamonds are approximately F-H color, VS-SI clarity. Accompanied by a copy of a 1962 Van Cleef and Arpels appraisal, available upon request.
