The dial composed of a skeletonized 1866 Mexican peso, the caseback designed as the Aztec calendar stone surmounted by the Mexican Imperial Coat of Arms, gross weight approximately 29 dwts, the surmount signed Paul Flato, fitted with pendant hook and brooch fitting; suspended from a textured gold chain, gross weight approximately 18 dwts, length 28 inches, the chain signed Flato; 1980s.
Condition
In good condition, with some areas of tarnish to the gold. Gold chain may be removed and the watch may be worn with the brooch. Length of pendant approximately 2 3/8 inches. Manual movement, currently running, signed Alfa and inscribed 17 Jewels Swiss Made. Please note the surmount bears a brooch fitting.
