Description

  • Emeralds, diamonds, gold, silver, silver-gilt
Set with cabochon emeralds framed with circular-cut diamonds, alternating with links of floral design set with cushion-shaped and rose diamonds, supporting a detachable pendant similarly set, length approximately 415mm.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 91351, stating that the pear-shaped cabochon emerald measuring approximately 18.75 x 11.90 x 8.65mm, calculated to weigh approximately 13 carats, is of Colombian origin, with a moderate amount of oil in fissures. Emeralds well matched in colour, green of medium strong saturation, with typical surface reaching inclusions, small scratches and nicks. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 16.00 - 18.00 carats, on average H-J colour, SI-I clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of wear to the metal consistent with age and use. Clasp secure, safety catch. In good condition. Total gross weight approximately 58 grams.
