Diamond and jadeite ring, ESG

Collet-set with a cushion-shaped diamond weighing 4.29 carats, within a frame of brilliant-cut diamonds, the mount composed of carved jadeite pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, size 51^1/2, signed ESG, maker's mark.

Please note that the mount is composed of carved jadeite, and not onyx as stated in the printed catalogue. Accompanied by GIA report no. 10877081, dated 2 November 1999, stating that the cushion-shaped diamond weighing 4.23 carats, measuring 11.15 x 8.55 x 5.73mm, is D Colour, VS1 Clarity. Please note that the GIA report is dated 1999 and might require an update. Signed ESG, maker's mark. Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold, inscribed 01-78. For more information on the diamond, please refer to the GIA report. Jadeite in overall good condition, with small scratches. Remaining diamonds bright and lively. Minor signs of wear to the metal. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 14 grams.
