Set with a cushion-shaped ruby weighing 4.59 carats, between tapered baguette diamond shoulders, size 51, signed monture Cartier, numbered, French assay and maker's marks.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 90071, stating that the cushion-shaped ruby weighing 4.59 carats and measuring 9.44 x 8.74 x 5.99mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Signed Monture Cartier, numbered N8 8868, French maker's mark. French assay marks for platinum and gold. Ruby red of strong saturation, with good transparency, minor nicks and abrasions. Gross weight approximately 4 grams.
