Condition

This work is in very good condition overall, taking its age into account. Fine lines of craquelure are present throughout. The varnish has undergone slight oxidation, and minor insect droppings are present. On the reverse, two small areas of restoration are visible, which do not appear to be recent. Under ultraviolet light examination, scattered minor areas of inpainting become apparent, concentrated in the lower right quadrant, in the upper center quadrant near the horse, and a few minor spots in the face of the Indian woman.
In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above.
