Condition
A Jean Desses couture silk jersey gown,1955, white on black woven satin label, with upwardly curving front waistline outlined with buttons, low curving waist to the back, draped and gathered skirt panel falling from left hip, integral waist-cincher, bust 86cm, 34in, waist 57cm, 22in
Slight fading over shoulders, slight soiling to hem where the lead weight is positioned, a few scattered small holes in the sleeves, curved front seam needs re-stitching approx 4cm
