Condition

The medium is oil on panel. There is some minor frame rubbing with a few small associated losses. There are intentionally incised lines in the hair. There is a stray line of pigment separation visible just next to the left cheek. There are some soft dents in the extreme corners of the panel. Under UV: there are small dots and dashes of inpainting throughout, as well as several larger areas, the largest, under 2in. wide, in the forehead, and in and next to the left cheek. The colors are bold and the work presents very well.
