  • The second: 10 5/8 by 16 in.; 27 by 45 cm

Condition

Attelage sur la route de Rolleboise (the first): The medium is oil on canvas. The canvas is not lined. There is some bumping and pulling throughout the work with some fine associated craquelure. There are two small losses: in the upper left, about an inch from the top visible edge at left; in the lower right corner, just above the visible bottom edge. Under UV: in the lower right corner there are a few small spots/ dashes of inpainting along the visible edges. The work presents well. Environs de Rolleboise, le repos sous les arbres (the second): The medium is oil on canvas; the canvas is not lined. There is some minor bumping and pulling in the upper right corner. There is some minor frame rubbing. There is a tiny speck og loss in the tress in the far right about an inch from the visible right edge. Under UV: there is no apparent inpainting. The work presents well.
