Condition

The battery is running at the time of cataloguing however will require periodic replacement in the future. Sotheby's may not guarantee the life of the current battery. The movement has not been tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. Case in overall very good vintage condition with light wear and very light surface markings. Bezel in overall very good condition with light surface scuffing especially between 3 and 6. A small dent to the lower right corner between 4 and 5. Case band by 4 and 5 with heavier surface scuffs and markings. Case bands with some marks overall. Screw down case back with a pink Patek Philippe International Customer Service sticker. Some oxidation and surface scuffs. Area under the adhesive is not observed. Light equivalent wear to the bracelet. Dial in excellent condition with some light debris. Movement in very good condition.
