Condition

Overall in good condition. The frames have been revarnished and present with scattered scuffs, nicks and scratches consistent with age and use and with minor areas of loss concentrated to the edges. The frames with a few filled areas throughout. The rear proper left leg of one of the chairs with an area measuring approximately 1 ½ x ¾ in. that has been sensitively restored. The structures of the chair with some scattered hairlines which have been filled and are stable. The pair appears to be an associated pair. Both chairs have been reupholstered, one chair with discoloration with a slightly green hue to the upholstery concentrated to the top and rear portions of the backrest and the proper left armrest. A classic and iconic model by Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret.
