Description

Designed as a mirrored acanthus leaf scroll, set with circular-cut and rose diamonds, inner circumference approximately 460mm. 

Condition

Some parts of tiara with incised numbers 3a, 3b, 4a and 4b. Diamonds bright and lively, largest diamond approximately 1.10 - 1.20 carats, largest stones approximately H-J colour, mixed clarity grades, some I1 clarity, as graded within the limitations of the mount. Smaller diamonds bright and lively. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 27.00 - 32.00 carats. Inner circumference approximately 455mm, headband and areas of tiara slightly warped. Areas of discolouration to metal surfaces, some small traces of solder. Scratches to metal surfaces consistent with age and wear. Height of tiara approximately 65mm. Total weight approximately 120.2 grams. In good condition, with general wear commensurate with age.
