The blackamoor with a carved ebony face, the turban and tunic embellished with a briolette and brilliant-cut diamonds, circular-cut rubies and peridots and a drop shaped seed pearl, signed Michele della Valle, numbered, Italian assay marks, case stamped della Valle.

Signed Michele della Valle, numbered 120777. Italian assay mark for 18 carat gold, mounted in yellow gold. Ebony in overall good condition. Coloured stones well matched in colour, few nicks and scratches. Seed pearl of cream body colour, partly with rosé and green overtones, with good skin and luster, growth marks. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of little wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 25 grams. Case stamped della Valle.
