Each designed as a chick, set with yellow sapphires, the eyes highlighted with cabochon onyx, signed MdV, maker's mark, numbered, collapsible post fitting, case designed as an egg and stamped Michele della Valle.
Condition
Each signed MdV for Michele della Valle, maker's mark. One numbered 1161, the other 1162. Yellow sapphires estimated to weigh a total of approximately 11.50 - 12.50 carats, well matched in colour, yellow of medium strong saturation, with minor abrasions. Onyx in good condition. Little signs of wear to the metal. In very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 22 grams. Case designed as an egg and stamped Michele della Valle.
