Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the tonality of the painted areas is brighter and more vibrant and the paper tone tends more towards light cream in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition.The sheet is hinged verso to the mount in the upper two corners. Only visible when examined out of its frame is some discolouration to the area that is not covered by the mount. Very close inspection reveals two extremely faint and unobtrusive, pinprick-sized media accretions to the centre of the composition.
