Condition

This work is in very good and sound condition overall. The elements move freely and smoothly. Under close inspection, very minor and unobtrusive surface scratches and pinpoint losses are visible to the white elements, which may have also benefitted from previous light retouching, and pinpoint losses and unobtrusive surface scratches visible to the wire, yellow and red elements as is common with works from this period. Under extremely close inspection, a pinpoint loss to the outer lower edge of the red element. The uneven paint application on the interior of the red element appears to be from the time of execution.
