Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the lower part of the composition is more monochrome black in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Close inspection reveals some unobtrusive drip marks towards the lower right corner, and some thin drying cracks in places to the thicker areas of impasto. Further close inspection reveals a few unobtrusive cracks towards the lower right corner and along the lower edge, with a small loss to the lower left corner. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
