Condition

EN : Good overall condition. With typical minor scratches to the silver surface. The upper proper right part is slightly bent and is detached from the wooden frame and the lateral sides are slightly lifting up. Traces of oxidation throughout the piece. The two chalcedony drops on the upper part with small chips. The mirror has some minor scratches consistent with age and use and has lost its silvering on a few spots of approximatively 0.2 x 0.3 cm, consistent with age. The varnish of the wood is partly dried and with old marks, stains and scratches consistent with age. The silver easel support is oxidised with some minor scratches in the centre approximatively 2 x 4 cm. Two of the screws (the central one at the bottom and the top proper right one) holding the silver frame to the wooden structure don't screw. Overall the piece is in good honest condition, consistent with age and use. //// FR : Bon état général. Petites rayures habituelles sur le métal. La partie supérieure droite du métal est légèrement déformée et se détache du support en bois. Les côtés se soulèvent légèrement. Traces d'oxydation sur la pièce. Les deux éléments en calcédoine présentent de petits éclats. Le miroir présente quelques petites rayures cohérentes avec l'âge et l'utilisation et présente des manques d'argenture à de rares endroits d'environ 0,2 x 0,3 cm, cohérents avec l'âge. Le vernis du bois est en partiellement sec et présentent des marques anciennes, des tâches et des rayures, cohérentes avec l'âge. Le pied en argent est pxydé avec de petites rayures au centre d'environ 2 x 4 cm. Deux des vises (une au centre de la partie inférieure et une à l'angle supérieur droit) retenant le métal au support en bois ne se vissent plus.
