Condition
The Frame :
The illustration of the catalogue is accurate.
Good overall condition despite the inevitable scratches and marks due to age and use. A few minor chips to the gilding.
The painting:
The illustration of the catalogue is slightly paler than the painting is in reality.
Very good condition.
Under UV light, small retouches appear in the upper left, by the frame on the border ; varnish runs which are invisible to the naked eye appear as well.
An horizontal tear visible on the illustration (at the right side of the top of the stand).
