Condition
Lined with a new stretcher. Discoloration visible in two vertical lines at the left and right edges, possibly discolored retouches to address frame abrasion. Under UV: old green varnish fluoresces unevenly. Sparely applied dots and dashes of retouching visible in the sky at upper center and in the water and dock at lower left. 1 inch vertical line of retouching visible underneath the center girl in the yellow hat.
