Condition

The canvas has been trimmed and lined. There is frame abrasion along all edges. Under UV: there are scattered lines and large spots of inpainting in the background, and an area of approximately 4x5 inches to the left of the figure's head. There is crack filled inpainting throughout the figure's face and clothing. The work retains an old varnish.
