Overall the condition of the marble is good, with some wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. There is light surface dirt throughout, and dust in the crevices. There are losses to three fingers of the proper left hand (one of these is loose and can be re-attached); and the proper left index finger and little finger are reattached, with some adhesive residue visible. There are a few small naturally occurring inclusions, notably to the proper right thigh and to the proper left hand (here with some overpaint). There is some residue to the proper right inner thigh. There are a few minor scratches, including to the proper left calf. A section of the pink marble base at the bottom is loose. There are a few minor chips to the edges of the base.
