Description
- gold, hair, seed pearl, ivory
- Length of longer 8 1/4 in.
Each with a woven hair band with gold clasps, the first with a plinth supporting a pearl urn and two red urns surrounded by a willow tree of hair, the reverse engraved "Eliz'th Langdon obt. 17th March 1776 at: 25, E.L. Lincoln"; the second with a woman mourning by a raised ivory plinth and urn surrounded by a willow tree of hair, the reverse engraved "Abigal Langdon obt. 28th Nov. 1792 at: 75" and "A.L.F. Wales"; both in a red leather case.

both hairwork bands with some losses to edges; the first with plinth and blue oval reserve loose behind glass; the second with two cracks in ivory backing and some flaking to painted woman; the case with wear but still intact
