Handwritten journal (7 1/2 x 5 in.; 190 x 127 mm). Leather backed spine; yellow guitar shaped stickers to front and back boards. Pages 1-12 appear to have been excised; overall wear consistent with a well-used journal. 

BB King's "little black book" with handwritten names, addresses, and telephone numbers of numerous women in his orbit. King re-purposed a ledger book into his personal address book and filled approximately 9-10 pages with the contact information of women in Chicago, Milwukke (sic), Cleveland, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Tulsa, Houston, St. Louis, and more.
