Condition

The print is in good condition, with wide margins. Pale mat-stain in the margins and the sheet slightly toned overall. There is a fox mark in the subject's left arm and occasional small fox marks in the margins and verso. Traces of surface soiling in the lower right quadrant of the image (ink residue?) and further minor soiling in the margins and at the extreme sheet edges. The verso with adhered fragments from a previous backboard and associated minor skinning in places. Framed.
