Description

  • platinum, diamond, natural pearl pinctada maxima, cultured pearl pinctada martensii, mabé pearl pinctada albina
Of garland design, composed of a line of rose diamonds, supporting a fringe of a button shaped and slightly baroque drop shaped natural pearls, and slightly baroque button shaped cultured pearls, within frames of foliate motifs set with circular-, single-cut and rose diamonds, alternating with pendants set with similarly cut diamonds, length approximately 360mm.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 88445, stating that the five slightly baroque drop shaped and the central button shaped pearls measuring from approximately 9.00 x 9.20 x 14.00mm to 18.35 x 18.70 x 10.90mm, were found to be natural, saltwater, and the four slightly baroque button shaped pearls were found to be cultured. Pearls of white to light cream body colour, partly with rosé and green overtones, with good skin and lustre; for further details on the pearls, please refer to the SSEF report. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 16.00 - 18.00 carats, on average H-J colour, SI-I clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. A few diamonds deficient. Signs of wear to the metal consistent with age, evidence of repairs. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 111 grams.
