Description

  • Rubies, diamonds, platinum
Set with cabochon rubies, alternating with geometric links millegrain-set with circular- and single-cut diamonds, length approximately 195mm, indistinctly numbered, French assay marks.

Condition

Indistinctly numbered 23647 or 25677. French assay marks for platinum. Rubies pinkish red of medium strong saturation, translucent, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, cavities, nicks and abrasions. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 4.50 - 5.00 carats, on average H-I colour, VS-SI clarity, few chips and scratches, as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of normal wear to the metal, consistent with age and use. Clasp secure. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 33 grams.
