Set with an octagonal sapphire weighing 27.71 carats, the mount decorated with circular-cut and baguette diamonds, mounted in 18 karat white gold. Ring size: 5½

Condition

Accompanied by Gübelin and SSEF reports numbered 16038033 and 84618 respectively, stating that the sapphire weighing 27.71 carats is natural, of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of heating, and the colour may also be called 'Royal Blue' in the trade. Also accompanied by a SSEF Folio Report. Please refer to the reports for further details. Stamped 750 for 18 karat white gold. Sapphire slightly violetish blue of strong saturation, overall eye-clean, with very minor typical inclusions, occasional nicks and abrasions, with minor silk but only noticeable at certain angle. The diamonds weighing approximately 1.00 carat in total, about F-G colour, VVS-VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. No evidence of wear to the metal, in like-new condition.
