Acquired by the late owner by 1980

Condition

The sculpture appears sound. The edges of the figure are slightly rubbed in places. There are one or two areas of rubbing and loss to the patination of the stool and base. There is some light surface dirt in places. There are one or two flecks of oxidisation, predominantly apparent to the underside of the base. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in very good overall condition. The work is affixed to the metal base with three bolts.
