Condition

The board is stable. The ground fluoresces under UV light; however UV examination also reveals intermittent retouching along the upper edge relating to frame rubbing and some spots of infilling in places, notably towards the centre of the right edge. There are some scuffs and a few losses to the support of the extreme edges, not visible when framed. There is some lovely well-preserved impasto; this work is in overall good condition.
